P.E. & Movement Classes
Information and Enrollment
Our P.E. and movement classes will be held outside at the beautiful Elk Grove Regional Park!
In each P.E. class, students will learn about personal wellbeing through physical fitness.
Our P.E. classes are energetic, fun and non-competitive. All students work at their ability and challenge themselves alongside the synergy of the group! Students will learn about safe sports practices, and team work! We guide our students to challenge themselves and to enjoy learning together in a safe and fun experience! Each class will build on the previous weeks skills and will bring a new variety of games, and fun for the class to do together!
